The room was recently updated, super clean, and had amazing WiFi. the king-sized bed was comfy, and the view was fantastic! 🌟

The only thing we did not like regarding this hotel was leaving it!!

Location close enough to all the restaurants and the bars closing before 8pm, the beautiful island of Curaçao and a very good and challenging golf course on property. Well-kept and a nice size room and climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV inside. Excellent service, free parking available on site.

We loved the beautiful beach, great restaurants, and our ocean view room. The facilities were top-notch and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the local fauna, although Stanley the iguana had a habit of stealing our food. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The resort had private beach access and wonderful pools. The Shore restaurant provided excellent food and service. it was a perfect place for party people like us.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

the hotel staff was excellent.

breakfast very expensive only some coffee and egg they charges 25 dollar. Wifi network not always availble. the transfer from airport to hotel has to be a free service.the airconditioning on the roof mainbuilding make too much noise.

far from downtown... you can take the shuttel but goes only 3 times a week once a day!!!!!

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The friendly staff, the luxury room, the swimmingpool although the sunscreens are a little bit small, the dining sites, it was one big party.

This hotel is well-maintained and its location UNBEATABLE. Friendly efficient staff members are from maids.

The location, private beach, bed comfort, breakfast variety, value for money, early check-out flexibility.

For us, it was ideal.

Absolutely beautiful resort designed with love to details. Also garden and landscape architecture is impressive. We have stayed in other comparable places on Curacao before, but this one is by far the best on the island.

Breakfast is rather expensive (us$25+ tax per person) and there are no other alternatives really in the surroundings

The hotel is new, the roons are very comfortabçle and clean.

The way they charge for everything: Beside the regular Tax (7%) they charged 14% of service, when I asked them to expalin this 14 %, they couldn´t convince me. It was rediculous!!! And a luxuous hotel like Hyatt, that the room cost is around usd 400,00 . Charge you usd 15,00/ day for each divice for Internet, feels very wrong.

Beautiful resort with breathtaking views and plenty of activities for all ages. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the refreshing drink upon check-in. The resort is located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed the private beach area and spent most of our time in the gorgeous water. The spa day was a highlight, leaving us feeling marvelous. The gelato and sorbets at one of the restaurants were the best desserts we had on the island.

One evening, we experienced a long wait for our meals at a restaurant due to a backed-up kitchen and a new testing system. Additionally, the upgrade to a deluxe ocean view room did not offer the expected view of the ocean.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The fireworks and music for the year change were incredible. The staff was attentive and friendly. The resort itself was beautiful, with clean pool and beach areas. Snorkeling in the coral areas was a highlight, with lots of sea life to see. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and always available to assist.

Nothing not to love.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to Porto Mari beach. The beautiful beaches nearby provide the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate sitting areas and walkout patios overlooking the beach and sunset.

The prices at the main dining rooms were quite high, which may not be ideal for those on a budget.
